Referral to the laboratory needs to come via a medical doctor. In order to make a referral the referrer needs to either fill in a referral form (Gait Analysis referral e-form) or by letter to the Gait and Movement Laboratory (contact details).  It is also possible to refer directly using the choose and book system (listed under Rehabilitation).
